The Need

Millions of church leaders do not have access to Biblical training. We exist to meet that need because:

  1. The world needs the church
  2. The church needs leaders
  3. Leaders need Biblical training

Personal, extensive and intentional training is essential for leaders to speak, shepherd and serve like Jesus. If every church leader had proper Biblical training, communities would be transformed with the gospel.

Here are a few words from the pastors we work with:

Pastor Kenneth Akomea Koah in Ghana says,

“My biggest obstacles include lack of trained teachers who can sustain [our programs]. Again, most Pastors provide little support to children’s ministry.

The church… can help by praying constantly for a breakthrough in reaching children in rural communities…they can equip me with more skills, knowledge, resources and any other support they can provide to help reach children with the gospel in Ghana.”

Samuel Kwame Aniponsah says,

“My vision is to devote the whole of my time for God’s Work. I do not want any work to interfere with my love for God’s work. Also, I want to feed my community with God’s word and support them with their needs where I can. It is also my vision to support orphans and those without homes. These and many more are what I am preparing myself to undertake.

Currently I need more training to enable we get deeper understanding of God’s world and books that will help me to get the requisite skills to do the Lord’s work…It is my prayer that the Lord Jesus will direct me always on the path I should take, and also grant me all that I am aspiring for in the ministry.

The church… can help me get more training in the ministry and support me by bringing me books that would open the mind and boost the Spirit in me. They can also help me get into the full-time ministry by giving me further training.”

Pastor Sam Adjei says,

“As a pastor, I need continuous and further training in leadership and organizational skills to enhance my competence and effectiveness.”
